"Male, somewhere between 35 and 40 years of age. Mostly just some fresh contusions around his face and knuckles. I think he had brown eyes. I'm pretty certain there might have been some bruising to his ribs as well, with the way he was walking, but he wouldn't let me see." Bruce is trying to cooperate. Horatio had given his word earlier about taking care of Bruce's loose ends and maybe being open about the man's case would deflect the personal questions, and make him release Bruce. He's really grasping at straws right now.
